The Gaia Healers Elevate Conference takes place November 20–22, 2026 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida — one of the most beautiful resort venues in the Southeast. Plan to arrive the evening of November 19th to settle in and be ready for a full day on the 20th.
We have a special discounted room block reserved at Rosen Shingle Creek for all Elevate attendees. After purchasing your ticket, you'll receive a confirmation email with the exclusive booking link and group rate code. We strongly recommend booking early — rooms at our group rate are limited and typically sell out weeks before the event.
Elevate is a three-day immersive wellness conference where cutting-edge science meets ancient healing wisdom. It brings together world-class speakers, hands-on workshops, live technology demonstrations, and a curated exhibit hall featuring 40+ wellness brands and innovators. Whether you're a practitioner, a seeker, or simply someone committed to living at their highest level — this event is designed for you.
The VIP Pass ($999) is our most comprehensive ticket, giving you full access to all three days of the conference, the entire exhibit hall, and all workshop offerings. It's the best way to experience everything Elevate has to offer without missing a single session, demonstration, or hands-on experience.
We offer five access levels to suit every attendee: VIP ($999) includes the full conference, exhibit hall, and all workshops. Three Day Event Pass ($650) covers the conference and exhibit hall with middle-row seating. Workshop Access ($449) grants entry to all workshop sessions only. General Admission + Conference ($249) includes the exhibit hall plus back-row conference seating. General Admission ($99) is exhibit hall access only for all three days.
Yes! You can upgrade your ticket at any time before the event, subject to availability. Simply contact our support team with your order details, and we'll walk you through the upgrade process. We recommend upgrading sooner rather than later — VIP spots are limited.
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no cost up to 14 days before the event. Please contact support to arrange a transfer. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled or postponed, all ticket holders will be notified and offered a full credit or refund.
You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase with your ticket details, hotel booking link, and a welcome packet with everything you need to prepare for the event. As we get closer to November, you'll receive a detailed schedule, speaker lineup updates, and pre-event resources to help you get the most out of Elevate.
Elevate is designed as an adult-focused professional and personal development event. Children under 16 are not permitted on the conference floor or in workshop sessions. We want to ensure every attendee has the most focused, transformative experience possible. We recommend arranging childcare in advance if needed.
Meals are not included in ticket pricing, but the Rosen Shingle Creek offers multiple outstanding dining options on-site, and Orlando has a wide range of restaurants nearby. VIP and workshop attendees may have access to exclusive catered breaks — details will be confirmed closer to the event.
